We didn't realise how remote the apartment would be so when we arrived without a hire car the owners pointed out there is nothing within walking distance and then we're more.

Fattoria Sant'Appiano is a family owned winery that has been in the family for generations. They do a nice tour of the winery, culminating with lunch in the cellar paired with their excellent wines. We tasted 2 whites and several reds and enjoyed them all, along with a four course lunch.
